When is the early-bird registration deadline?

Are group discounts available?
Yes! Contact info@medicalworldamericas.com for information on group discounts.

Do you offer continuing education credits?
We do offer continuing education credits. As the conference is still being determined, please come back to the continuing education page to learn more soon.

May I receive a letter of invitation for my visa?
Yes – MWA will issue a letter of invitation to attendees with the purchase of a paid full conference registration. Please follow the prompts on the registration pages. If you are not granted a visa, we will refund your money – minus a $50 administrative fee. Of note, registration is not currently open. This will not happen until then.

Does the Convention Center offer assistance for visitors with disabilities?
